I started teaching 2007, and since then I have been teaching on both UG and PG levels and across different areas including Tourism , Hospitality, Events and Spa. Over the past fifteen years, I have delivered numerous modules independently, as as well as co-taught with teams of varying numbers. Coordinating collaborative provisions nationally and overseas has been part of my roles both as module leader and path leader. I was programme leader for two postgraduate courses, MSc International Hospitality Management and MSc Tourism Management. I also managed the postgraduate portfolio of several PG programmes as PG Scheme Leader for over 5 years.

Student Testimonials

You 're Brilliant Award

The MSc International Hospitality Management cohort wishes to thank you for your commitment to our success, for being an unrelenting presence at all times, for explaining complicated stuff in a straightforward way, for keeping your door open and your students interested. We will always remember those cold mornings we spent, investigating hospitality concepts and having intense conversation, while you looked amused and exasperated at the same time! We know we did well; with this we acknowledge you were a key factor in motivating and inspiring us to do so! Please keep being brilliant!
